You need to determine whether the company has a phone number listed in the telephone directory. You should be able to have a live conversation with their representative at any time during their working hours. You also need to check whether the site uses secure encryption methods when requesting for credit card information. You should also opt to choose your own travel insurance and not go with the default insurance that the company provides. You can then request your online travel agents to send their literature in the form of brochures and leaflets just to get a taste of their professionalism.
